If I had the ability to give Zero stars I would, absolute worst service I’ve ever had , first off they sold me decaf coffee pods and told me they were not decaf, when I found out they were they refused to refund me even after I explained to them multiple times what happened, I asked to speak to a manager so he called him but he didn’t want to speak to me and the response I got was "it’s his day off and he doesn’t want to talk to anyone". Ridiculous!! Then I explained to the employee that I’ve been a customer there for over 7years and that he just lost a good customer, he’s responded by saying there’s thousands of people out there ,last time they get my business

Purchased a birthday gift in advance as I was worried that there would be another lock down with the pandemic. When I purchased it, I specifically asked their return policy, advising that the birthday was still far in advance and if stores were to close. I was specifically told that if the item was not used I could return it no problem at any time. I am now 45 days after my purchase date and they refuse to refund me claiming it had to be done within 30 days. I also need to go back in store for a manager to see the item to maybe give me a store credit. This is insulting given that I had specifically asked their employees and was assured that there would be no problem.
