The self-serve checkout lines are horrible, and the one staffed line is so long. Prefer to order online and pick up. So I spend far less at the store as I no longer browse and shop.

Dropped off my tires last evening and the employee informed me they would be ready for pickup at 8:00 the next morning. It’s 12:00 the next day and I’m still waiting for them to get the bloody tires done. Why the hell did they ask me to bring them the night before if it wasn’t going to get done? I spoke with the manager and she didn’t even offer an apologie… all she could say was, “we have appointments”. DON’T WASTE YOUR COSTUMER’S TIME IF YOU CAN’T DO THE WORK ON TIME…..

Terrible location, very poorly managed service department. I set an appointment with them over a month ago to buy four new winter tires and rims. I was told that I needed to put down a deposit, so I went in to do so. When I arrived, I was told that no deposit was necessary and the staff that told me that, was new. I was assured that they checked all the upcoming appointments a week in advance and ordered everything that was required. I called last week to confirm my appointment and was told that everything was in order. I arrived today (Monday 11/25), checked in and sat in the waiting area. After 40 minutes, I received a call from the service department (despite the fact that I was sitting in the next room), indicating that they did not have the rims. They said they called the other stores and couldn't get anything but if I wanted they could order them and they would be in IN A FEW DAYS. I don't know about any of you reading this, but I have to work for a living and took this morning off, to have these installed. Pre-planned it and did everything correctly and these incompetent jack-asses, who deal with hundreds of these in a month couldn't seem to do their job. I strongly suggest that you find a different location or better yet use another of 1000 tire places available.

No real need to evaluate CT!
I've been going there for over 50 years, 1-2 times a month.
You can find everything there, even if not always at the best price.
2024-11 cleanliness problem with "Outbound Holloway" winter coats.
All 10 coats on the shelf were very dirty!
How could a clerk install them there without noticing anything?

I had to change an exterior light. Shopping online is easy and Canadian Tire was cheaper than imagine and other stores.

What can I say about Canadian Tire? They usually have what your looking for but still hard to find someone who knows where what is.

3 hours and 350$ for a tire and oil change. Terribly slow service. I had the exact same services performed on the exact same vehicle elsewhere for 200$ and it was ready within 45 minutes.
