Still having trouble getting help

I can't give 0 stars out of 5 otherwise I would have done so. Here's the situation: I go there to install my winter tires and the employee drives my car into the wall of the concrete lamp post in the parking lot. No one warned me except, fortunately, 2 witnesses. It repairs the damage slightly: covers the paint even though my car has an extra dent. Later, when I try to leave, lots of warning lights appear on my dashboard screen even though they were not there before this situation. The parts man almost called me a liar, claiming that it was impossible and that it wasn't the fault of the collision. NO apologies were made or compensation from them. Really disappointed. I highly recommend anyone to go there. For my part it's over.

The service depends each time.
Sometimes employees will offer help, other times they will ignore you.
My worst experience was at mechanical services, I heard 30 minutes at the checkout. There was someone at the register, but he was walking back and forth in the backstore and didn't seem to want to serve me, sometimes he would look at me and go back. He was an adult and not a young person.
In the end I left due to the lack of service.

On this beautiful Saturday my brakes were released in the corner of Gatineau. I come from Montreal and Yann gave us incredible service even though the garage was closed!
