Fraudulent place. We have been getting a chain fixed 3 times in 9 months. It’s been there to get fixed for over 3 months. We’ve been trying to get a refund or credit but they won’t refund the tax which is illegal. They try to sold us a more expensive replacement but said they didn’t have a balance to weight it. Anyways better spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible place hade the nerve to say my chain was fake but wanted to buy it off of me lol then i went to 3 other places who tested my chain and gave me a real estimate of its value not like these clowns

Terrible store. They upsell and I fell for it. I broke my gold medical alert bracelet and went there to ge it repaired and ended up I purchased a gold medical alert bracelet that was more than twice the price. I was told that it would not brake like my previous bracelet which had served me for three years. The new bracelet broke less than two months after my purchase and Of course it was lost. I will never go there again.

While trying to change the battery in my fossil watch they damaged the button that controls the timer. Having failed to open the case by herself, the saleswoman/jeweler asked me to try to open it for her. Finally I had to go see a real watchmaker (at Place Cartier) who pointed out to me that the chrono button was all crooked. I went back to Roger Roy to try to explain to them that they had damaged my watch, but they didn't want to do anything to compensate me knowing that I was unhappy. I already bought a Citizen watch for $300 there but that's over. Never could Roger Roy. Beware of these incompetents!!!

We went in to get a chain repaired. It broke not even an hour after getting it fixed, and when I asked for a refund, they denied it. Terrible service.
