Really bad service and super rude owner. We had something repaired and the item returned was incorrect (a much smaller diamond). They only blamed us and took no responsibility. We will never go back and do not recommend this place to anyone. / Really bad service and super rude owner. Had something fixed and the wrong item was returned (much smaller diamond). Did nothing but blame us and took zero responsibility. Will never go there again and do not recommend this place to anyone else.

I've been going there since I got married, for my wedding rings. Always had good service. The rating of 4 is for the place. The jewelry store moved near seniors' residences several years ago and has become less accessible for ordinary people! But I keep going.

I had a disappointing experience with the watch repair service. I believe that the people at this jewelry store were correct, but the subcontracted workshop also asked me for $245. + taxes returned a damaged watch and they covered up their bad way. The people there did their best but unfortunately I cannot recommend taking your watch there for repair.
