“I had the best experience at the Le Plateau Royal Bank branch yesterday. There was no line up at around 2pm (with what looked like 4 Bank Tellers free to serve people) and the nicest Bank Teller gave me the "royal" treatment with quick service and most importantly, understanding of my circumstances with her delicate manner full of compassion. She didn't rush me (and I checked to make sure I wasn't making anyone wait in line) when I explained what I needed doing and why and she reassured me that she would be there next time I needed banking services. A really human experience that I was not expecting. I highly recommend this branch - as I have had very good experiences in the past - and I just had to write about yesterday's!”
