“Excellent service! We had a Volkswagen Golf to repair following damage caused by the loss of one of our wheels. Our car is now like new. They gave us a clean car in perfect condition. Certainly our car was in their garage from October 14 to February 6, but this demonstrates the care with which they carry out the necessary work. I would rather wait a long time and have the work done well than the opposite. Anyway, we had a rental car for the entire duration and we didn't have any bad surprises like additional fees or anything. “I would like to thank the staff who prepare (pressure wash, brush with soapy water) the car before automatic cleaning. On weekdays, especially before 1:00 p.m. the employee who has been there for quite a long time is very polite and takes special care to do an excellent job. For young people who often work Saturdays and Sundays, they are arrogant, sometimes rude and often impose the payment of tips. If you say no to tipping the prep before the car wash, the job is done in a hurry and often incomplete. This kind of service is unacceptable. I have been a regular customer for many years.”
