Despite the fact that we couldn’t visit the store in person due to Covid restrictions, Adam was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable on the product that would be best suited for our home. Adam answered our numerous questions through email and phone, and made sure we had everything we required for installation. We made a mistake in measuring our space and originally purchased a fireplace that was one size too big. We contacted Adam and he exchanged our fireplace for a smaller unit with no questions asked, he even personally delivered the fireplace to our home.As well, we had completed a lot of research on suppliers and pricing in the area for gas fireplaces and Burning Log had the best prices by far.Overall, we’re happy with our purchase, the customer service we received, and would definitely recommended Burning Log to anyone looking to purchase a fireplace for their home.”

“I went there on September 4, 2024, to buy some cellphone stands. An associate by the name of Najeem was helpful in locating some. He was very friendly and was not intimidating to approach if you required any assistance.
When I went to check out, Michelle was the cashier. He had a great smile and was very personable. Also, he was more than happy to give me extra free plastic bags when I requested extras.
Overall, my experience at Canada Computers at the Ottawa Downtown location was great, and I would definitely go there again.”

“I bought two recliners and was told delivery people would remove a small couch as I am a senior and on my own. I had 80$ to say thank you to give guys but they came in saw couch said they don't remove things and left my recliners in my hall in 2 pieces..due to this I will never shop there again. After speaking with store they were extremely kind and helpful and sent two very great men to help remove couch and set up my recliner..great job much appreciated.”

“This is a second time we use CAS as our source of appliances. The last time was in 2014 and none of the appliances we bought at that time ever had any issues.This time, we went to CAS to prepare for the new house, the only issue, the house suppose to be ready in September, that said, the builder cannot guarantee it. We spoke with Chris Groleau who helped us decide on our next purchase based on our requirements (minimum features to maximize durability). Chris was very helpful and also ensured that we got the best discount for our bundle of appliances. And the best of it, it will be delivered only when the house is ready, no stress anymore with the closing date. And did I mention that CAS offers price match and this until the remaining payment is made. A great source for appliances that helps saving quite some $$$.”
