Very bad experience
I am buying women's clothes but the seller does not notify me that it is a final sale and he confirms to me that I have 14 days for the exchange
And when we come back to change the sizes 5 days later
They tell us that the women's section no longer exists and refuse to reimburse us
While they admit that they confirmed that I was 14 days old and that it was their mistake

Be aware, the refund policy is not accurate from when you buy online. I purchased many items online and as per the return information on my invoice we can return in store within 30 days. When I got there the cashier seemed uninterested to help with my return(like i was disturbing her while she was on her phone), then came back to say we can't do returns without a supervisor. Which that person had already left for the day, and that I would have to return another day when a supervisor will be there. I've worked customer service before and the fact that if this a policy of the store then they should always make sure that the store could process all returns. Or at least accept a store credit( I was also there to buy more items.. so frustrating

I bought a longboard for my husband last week and the experience was actually very good. The employee who helped me was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I came back a few days later because they had shoes on sale and the experience was not as good but we still got assistance. I went back a third time to buy a scooter and shoes for me. I learned they di not carry women's shoes at ALL. When it came time to ask about the scooters and none of them really knew what they were talking about so we decided to just buy shoes and they seemed to have lost the shoe in my size. The guy refused to check anther store and said it was just gone. He did not offer to help me find anything else. He just left. Not planning to return.

BEWARE and make sure it fits !!!!!! You can't get reimbursed..only store credit or on the spot exchange.... plus!!!! They also ask for your home address for the store credit????? What kind of policy is that???? The Gatineau store had " F" the police blasting throughout the store. What a terrible song to be playing in a store......Very unprofessional......NEVER buying from there again....A disgrace of a store......
