We have a difficult move on Friday, a mother whose partner has thrown her into the street with a 4 year old child. Three trips were made immediately prestige with a mother who is struggling and a grandmother we were alone. The ex put the last belongings haphazardly in this truck he closed the rear door of the truck without putting the safety bar... first time driving a truck for grandma. Extremely strong wind plus heavy rain. Nothing reassuring for us and extremely exhausted. So when we arrived at the premises, the back door of the truck was open during our trip. Disconcerted and discouraged. No more TV, no more podcasts and other things. Ok gogogo, don't stop too late, we won't give up. We can only continue, And what's more, there is no cart at the premises, nothing to help us transport the things. Determined and exhausted women finally finished after long hours. We started moving at 6:00 a.m. and finished the next morning at 9:00 a.m. We put in more gas than we had to and today, happy Easter, Mr. Convenience Store, he refuses to help us. We forgot in the box of the truck a small plastic stove and, above all, what is quite expensive, an electric broom for washing Rainbow brand carpets. We thought he could have at least tried to communicate with the other customers who rented the truck. He hung up on me, telling us there was nothing he could do. THANKS
