The welcome and courtesy service is superb and excellent. The service provided by the employees (especially Tali) is excellent, she did everything to resolve the problem with my Canadian tire money card.

The employee in the sports / hunting section was on the ball, which was pleasant. His commitment gets your store 5 stars. Also good selection of kayak rec boats.

I always find what I need, what's good is that there are Canadian tires everywhere I'm an entrepreneur so when I'm missing certain tools for my job I know I can find them there even if It's not the best quality, it does the job

Hello, this is a message for your buyers. I would like to tell you that Windsor pool salt is far superior, even excellent, compared to the other brand (Sift...) that you also have in store. The latter becomes rock hard and does not dissolve easily in the pool and is a horror to pour. I fervently wish you could eliminate it and I'm sure I'm not the only one who shares this opinion. Thank you Read here that WINDSOR gets a 5 star and Sift... a BIG zero star.

On 08/29/2024 between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., very bad experience with after-sales service, no sense of customer service with great rudeness in his tone of voice.
I come out with the conclusion that Ms. doesn't know how to do her job or she is racist!!!
The assistant director lets me believe that she is doing her job, yes, but in the worst possible way.

I did an oil change and there was lots of oil on my engine afterwards, also the mechanic had not put the oil gauge back in the engine...ordinary...I won't go back there again.

I had a very bad experience with after-sales service at the Canadian Tire branch in Fabreville. When I showed up to exchange a sump pump, the employee asked the reason for the return. I explained that the pump did not fit my sump and that I had never used it. The employee called the director, Denis Charbonneau, who came to ask a few questions and check the equipment.
In just 10 seconds, this manager opened the box and examined the merchandise, finally telling me that the return was refused, according to him the branch no longer gives refunds for these products. I was surprised because he had already opened the box, which seemed inconsistent with their return policy. The employee (the cashier) had mentioned a problem with the condition of the box, but everything was in perfect condition. Denis Charbonneau insisted that it was up to him and asked me to contact the merchant to obtain a refund.
I find this behavior very unprofessional. I had to go to another branch where the reception was much better. They checked the goods and processed the refund without problem. I do not recommend this Fabreville branch.
