No after-sales service. I purchased a new Leaf with them in 2019. I had noticed that my driver's side door was out of alignment, which was causing friction. To prevent it from rusting, I contacted them and asked to repair everything under warranty. It's 2023 and we still haven't solved my problem.(Small update, they contacted me the day after my review. I was unable to respond, but they didn't leave me a message. They never tried to call me again either. I I also sent them an email at the end of February and never got a response)

Really unprofessional, one of my friends made an appointment with a saleswoman at 11 a.m. last Saturday for a vehicle. She asked to have it sooner but was told that it was impossible to move forward with the appointments. She was also told that she was the first person with an appointment for this vehicle. She traveled from Montreal to Drummondville to see and purchased this vehicle and she arrived at 10:30 a.m. to be sure to have the vehicle presented. A man presents himself as a sales manager and informs him that the vehicle is already sold and that there is nothing they can do for it... I find this to be a disgusting service.

Worst service in the world, No respect does not respect appointments we came for a car because we were forced to make an appointment at 11 a.m. we arrived at 10:30 a.m. to be sure of having it and confirmed at 9: 56 that we were the first on the list, they decided to sell the vehicle to someone who had an appointment at 11:30 a.m. because they arrived before us. We came from Montreal to have this car, they made us move for no reason, there was no good explanation and there was a lack of respect for us when we got there

My sister went to purchase a vehicle and she had an appointment at 11 a.m., once she arrived at 10:30 a.m. the manager who was there confirmed to her that the vehicle had just been sold, However, she had made an appointment and the saleswoman confirmed that she had priority. Very disappointed that they don't keep their word, lack of professionalism.

We had an appointment at 11 a.m., we arrived at 10:30 a.m. to be sure we could see the vehicle. At 9:56 a.m., a saleswoman confirmed to us by telephone that we were indeed the first for this car. We need this certainty because we come from Montreal. When we arrived, we learned from the sales director that the vehicle was going to be sold to other people who had an appointment at 11:30 a.m., after us. But who came 1 hour early for their appointment. Even though we were made clear not to come early and that we had to stick to our appointment times. Which is normal, otherwise making appointments is pointless. Instead of recognizing his fault, finding a solution and resolving this problem, this “director” was conspicuous by his disrespect and unprofessionalism. Having people travel for this kind of welcome and service is unacceptable and would have deserved zero stars.
