I recently purchased a vehicle from Honda Drummondville, i travelled all the way from Toronto to Honda Drummondville. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which immediately put me at ease.
The sales team at Honda Drummondville was outstanding. My salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He patiently answered all of my questions.
my experience at Honda Drummondville exceeded my expectations. The combination of exceptional customer service, a smooth buying process, and a fantastic vehicle makes me highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. Disappointing experience regarding my partner's rental return.
Honda Drummondville insisted for the first time on making an appointment with us (3 months before the end of the rental) in order to discuss the options available to us for the return of its rental, despite the fact that we mentioned wanting buy back the car.
Then, a week before the end of the rental we had a second meeting (obligatory as they told us), to finally go there so that they could offer us again the options of repurchase AND trying to sell us additional warranties (F&I products) $$$.
After waiting for about thirty minutes in the waiting room, I had to go see the receptionist so that they could take care of our file (note that there were no customers at that time in the dealership ).
Finally, a 3rd appointment was made so that we could finally return the check to buy back the car.
Thank you for respecting the choice of your customers, your insistence has made us turn back.
