The unscrupulous manager tells me she's busy and makes me wait literally 45 minutes, saying she was busy on the phone... as if that's my problem, then she really doesn't agree to refund me, despite my proof... I tell her that I'm not leaving without a refund, she goes back another half hour in her office to finally explain to me that the employee present at that moment had no experience!!!
