I purchased a stove and refrigerator on Costco.ca. A purchase of more than $2,000. The freezer handle does not screw on. Instead of returning the entire unit, I simply requested a new handle. Getting a new handle is a difficult journey. I am asked for a video of the handle which does not screw on even though the problem is inside the handle. More than 15 calls, and the penultimate one, I was confirmed that the handle had not been sent even though I had been told the opposite. The supplier of the fridge is Hamilton Beach and avoid this company as they are completely stupid. Costco are no better. I could have returned the entire fridge instead of asking for the handle to be replaced.... AVOID COSTCO.CA. rotten service

The dude who works at the food court that might like his own gender has a attitude.
Lucky I didn't pull him over the counter and show him what's good.
I just told him he needs to chill out. He was shopping on his break the next week and saw me, ran away. I know I look aggressive but think twice before you give someone attitude.
I got nothing to lose but my life which i love....

Thanks to two wonderful employees of the Costco Drummondville gas station: Stéphane and Peter! Thanks to them, I found my cell phone that I had dropped from my car without realizing it...they had kept it carefully. It's good to see honest and reliable people.
