I was very disappointed with my visit. During my examination with the optician, a girl at reception entered the room in a panic because she had forgotten to charge me the examination fee when I arrived. As if I was going to run away without paying after my exam.I then saw the optometrist and when I returned to the counter with my prescription, I expected to have advice and follow-up regarding the next steps (purchases of lenses or new glasses). Another woman came up to me and said, “What are we doing? ". I replied that I didn't know, that I wasn't even aware if my eyesight had deteriorated and what my needs/options were. She was stupid, didn't answer my questions and constantly looked at her watch. Obviously, I was disturbing and no one wanted to help me. So I mentioned to the lady that I was going to think about it and probably go elsewhere. She didn't flinch, on the contrary (I'm sure she was even relieved). I left and went shopping at the Lunette warehouse, where I was served like a queen! Costco = never again!
