I came in last week for a tire change and oil change. My partner and I had bought the wrong size winter tires (new car - I know, I know we should have triple checked!). Mona and her brother let me know about the tires and they went above and beyond to fix this for me. They let me borrow their car to go to Canadian tire to look for new tires. When CT didn't have any in the correct size, Mona started to call a few more tire places around and we were able to find tires for only $5 more than the wrong sized ones we got (was able to return). They were still able to change the tires that day! Amazing service, friendly and I highly recommend! Will definitely be going back!

This is the best garage I’ve ever known. The owner Hady is super nice who fixed my car free of charge unbelievably. Here’s my case. While I was changing tires (with rims) by myself , a bold just got busted and the cap of the bold was spinning like a clock. So there was no way for me to take the bold off for the tire change. Called my fiend who had this issue before, and he told me he was charged for $300 in a garage for the issue which panicked me deeply. But Hady got the cap of the bold off free of charge. Now I can put the winter tire on easily. Really appreciate that. My respect and appreciation to you guys!

I am very appreciative towards Speedy’s team (on Hymus Blvd) for accepting to check my car engine at a time when nobody else, including the Spinelli Kia dealership in Roxboro, where I regularly did my car maintenance, would take the time during the busy tire change season.If it wasn’t for them, I should have waited (and either stressed or not used my car) for at least three weeks when I could finally get an appointment.It shows that the team at Speedy’s is very professional and understands very well a real need / concern and is willing to help even somebody who wasn’t their regular customer, which I will be from now on :)Thank you!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Fraud, they said I have a balljoint issue that is "very dangerous" and would cost me close to 2000, then I took it to a trusted mechanic for a second opinion and he said I have 0 issues within the car.....Free brake check, so they can try and scam you.

In just a few minutes they have found the issue on cooling fun thst according to other shop its broken and gone and needed to be replaced. The other shop told me i cannot use my car because the engine will over heat as there is no fan. To the rescue Speedy Hymus branch… people are very nice, Roy analyzed it and just replaced the fuse. Trust is very hard to find these days…But yes I found it at Speedy Hymus. Highly recommended this car shop.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had my rear bakes changed due to the calipers seizing. As I was driving to Toronto, I would hear strange sounds coming from the rear drivers side wheel. My father and his friend who are retired mechanics inspected it and found that Speedy Auto forgot to put in the caliper bolts. Because of this issue, it lead to damage to the electrical brake wire. It cost me over $800 to repair and I had to get it done asap so I could get back to Montreal. I talked to the owner Mona about this she continually insisted that the manufacturer gave a bad caliper and that caused the bolt to unloosen. She even had another employee named Chris tell me that this was a rare event that occurred. I know that they are lying about that because the mechanics that looked at it all said that the bolts were forgotten. Shen then tried to tell me that the manufacturer would reimburse me only $300 but she refused to show me any proof that they were taking responsibility for the problem or give me a receipt from them. This is a very unprofessional mechanic that forgot a basic job such as putting in caliper bolts and on top of that they refuse to give me an appropriate reimbursement. If you care about your vehicle, do not take your car here.

You might as well go to a dealer, you’ll pay less for parts. Profits? Of course, that’s what business is about. But within reason! Brought my GF’s daughter’s car last year for a job that should’ve cost a lot less parts and labour than it did, but they were marking up parts 3 and 4 times the cost. I have an account at WORLDPAC and know what they’re paying. My oldest daughter went today for an issue with drivers side window, as it wasn’t closing/was off the track, and they talked her into leaving her car, agreeing to a 500$ cost to replace modulator. ARE YOU FOR REAL?! She doesn’t know any better and they took advantage of that fact. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else. You’ve been warned!
