Just picked up a Bluetooth device that connects my AirPods to the tv’s on the plane. I’ve gotta say that Ariel and Valerie gave Michelin star service. They were super friendly, helpful and even helped me pair my device because they knew it could be tricky. Great vibes all around. Thank you!

Was looking to purchase a pair of headphones for my flight and wasn’t sure which to pick from. The store attendant, Kevin, came over and helped me go through my options, even taking the time to explain the particular functions of each one and choose according to my needs. I was thankful since I normally have trouble asking for advice, but his friendly approach and genuine desire to help put me at ease. I left a very happy customer; it’s not every day that we find such great service, especially in a busy airport. Would definitely recommend! :)

Service was great. They sent me a receipt (I had lost it) for my expense report nearly a month after the transaction. They were very responsive and courteous.

Courteous service! The airport electronics troubleshooter resolved my problem quickly and just in time before my flight. My charger no longer worked. They were quickly able to replace it and make my life easier. Very practical to have it near the terminal! Thanks again ?

Very dishonest way of doing business , sales person will tell you all you need to hear just to make the sale . I wasn’t sure about a headphones and was misguided that I have 30 days to rerun it ( I mentioned I travel often ) After trying the headphones at Gym I wasn’t happy by their performance and intend to return them . I was told by Owner that he won’t do this and that he stands by his sales person side and believes I was never misguided . A small kiosque trying to make money on your back and they don’t have the decency to be honest on the return politic .

While travelling from Montreal to JFK I visited MC Electronic in front of gate 81and I bought a speaker. Staff very friendly and very aware of the items they sell. They have a big variety of electronics at a competitive price. Définit you get a good deal there.
