Shawn challenged all the preconceived ideas I had of dealerships (I had poor experiences in the past). He listens, genuinely enjoyed our test drives, wasn't pushy at all, was fun to chat with and more importantly was very patient with my worries/queries throughout the whole process of purchasing a used car. I won't hesitate to come back for services/tyre storage/my next car!
Also big thanks to Ryan for going through my concerns I had in the shop and Jamie for her help with all the paperwork!

Robert (sales), Frank (finance) and Jamie (delivery) were pros in their field. I never felt any stress and pressure throughout the process. They were warm, efficient and helpful in making the experience pleasant. It was easy to trust them and ask the right questions. After-sales follow-up was excellent (remote starter installation). The Mazda Des Sources premises are very clean and friendly. Thank you to the whole team for this very satisfactory experience.

I recently bought a pre-owned car at Mazda des Sources, the end of a long process when my insurance company wrote off my 2020Mazda 3 after it was rear-ended in July 2024. I'd like to recommend the service I received from Shawn Sullivan when I was choosing a pre-owned vehicle. He was consistently cheerful, informative and professional, guiding me through the process with care. He answered all my questions , connecting me with other appropriate colleagues for buying the pre-owned vehicle, as well as settling the remaining details of ending my lease on the accidented Mazda. I am extremely pleased with the pre-owned vehicle I bought: its good condition, the (to me) fair price, the care that Shawn and the dealership took in its preparation, the clarity of explanations, and the time Shawn spent trying to help me acquire a paper insurance document! All in all, Shawn confirmed the reasons why I have been a customer at Mazda des Sources (in its various iterations over the years) since 2000.

Called to have my car fully cleaned, including an engine shampoo. I was dealing with Sasha by phone. He was attentive, and called to apologize for misquoting a price. He was sincere and professional. The day of the cleaning there was a hiccup. After paying for the service, I checked the engine bay and it was not clean. I went back in, and the verification process started. It was professionally handled. The employees I encountered that day were attentive, apologetic for the delay, and courteous. Also of note, when my brother-in law saw the car the next day, he remarked that it looked brand new. They also did a fabulous job cleaning the engine. It’s important to remember that in the service industry not everyone is on top of their game at all times. So when errors do occur, you rate the company on how they respond. On this day Mazda des Sources showed me that doing it right was their objective.

This is the worst dealership I have ever seen. No know-how and no respect for customers. Once the purchase operation is completed, we are no longer welcome. Unprofessional team and they are very rude especially the used vehicle sales manager. This should be avoided and I do not recommend going to them

This dealership acts like its a totally independent brand. If you bought a mazda elsewhere they will let you have it for using your warranty.
Buy a mazda at any other dealership besides this one. Get your car serviced anywhere else. They don’t see themselves as part of Mazda. Treat you like a nuissance if your car is under warranty and u didnt buy the car or warranty from them….
