Went in for some primer, absolutely no help at all. I stood there while the guy on the phone kept taking calls in my face. When finally attended to, gave me short un helpful answers. I finally found a primer I may have wanted to use but of course no price tag. I then brought it to counter and the person looked at me and continued doing other things, took more calls in my face so I walked out. Will never go back to this store, it's unfortunate this is one of the few last stores who have automotive paint, these guys act like they're making $100 an hour and can't be bothered with us peasants.

Terrible customer service. Completely incompetent in finding correct part for vehicles. I needed to replace a burnt light on my car. I was sold the wrong light after a 15 minute discussion on which light I needed. They refused to reimburse me for light saying that I am responsible for knowing which parts I need. I went to canadian tire and they easily found the light. If you are looking for help in your purchases, AVOID them, as they are arrogant, misleading and not helpful.

Worst service ever. Guy on the phone is so arrogant and full of himself. I know it was a Saturday and he probably didn't want to be their. But if this is the service you are going to offer. You'll be out of business in no time. Shop elsewhere folks. There is another parts place just down Hymus Blvd to the East. Probably much better service too
