“Couple of week ago I baught some furniture from brick , on the delivery i didn’t realize that there is a small piece of shelf is missing and i didn’t even know there is a time frame of 24 hrs to file a report , it took me some days to go to the store to claim a missing piece I went to the customer service and DJEEMECRY helped me a lot , He ordered a new piece of shelf and guided me how to follow up the order. Following several visits, we found a model that we liked, once again, at Mariette Clermont.In all honesty, we were slightly reluctant to purchase from Mariette Clermont again because our last sofa did not live up to our expectations due to some minor defects.During our visit to the store, we met Roger Labaky who took the time to explain to us the construction, finishing and different components of the different lines of sectional sofas which can affect their long-term quality.During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting none other than Mr. Clermont, with whom we discussed our situation at length. He took the situation so seriously that he offered to take back our current couch for repairs, even after more than 10 YEARS of wear!It was at this moment that my partner and I made the decision that whatever our choice of sofa, the purchase would be made from Mariette Clermont.
