PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! I called to reschedule omy move to a Sunday which they agreed to and said they would be here between 8am and 9am. Called around 8.20 to inforn us that they would arrive at 12pm due to workers being tired and bot arriving on time. 12pm came and they had still not arrived. We tried to call them to ask about their whereabouts and they were very unprofessional and tried to let us know that they don't work on Sundays. The supervisor whose name is Eric was also very rude and did not show any concern or worry about the delay. It is now 1.45pm and they are still not here. We are cancelling.

Unprofessional conduct and work done with negligence.Hourly rate competitive at 80$ but beware of on-the-spot extra fees if disagree items will not be moved. At the end, final cost not competitive and extremely stressful. Do not entrust fragile personal belongings for risk of damage. One star because there is no negative star!

From the beginning to the end everything was perfect. It was a terrific experience, they packed everything and I had no scratch on my furniture, I would definitely recommend them.

I see that this company is trying to remove bad reviews from people whose name they don't recognize... so I'm reiterating my husband's review because his name wasn't on the contract but mine was. They were supposed to show up between 8-9 but were at our house well past 9:30. Since their truck was too small and they were only 3 men, the move took much longer (2 trips) and ended up costing us almost double of the in-house estimate. They decide on the spot what is considered heavy and requires a hefty overcharge (what am I gonna say, no???). Not only did they damage a few of our personal items (which includes our dryer) but they also damaged the floor and some door frames at the house we were leaving, as well as the floor at the house we moved into (and it's a rental!). After 3 days of emailing to advise of the damaged personal items (with pictures), they never replied to emails so we've been calling them for 3 weeks trying to resolve this. They are supposedly insured so I don't understand why they're not cooperating... I hope this gets resolved soon or I'll need to file a complaint at l'Office de la Protection du Consommateur, and resolve this in small claims court.

Is it not ironic how ever negative post about this company is countered by a response by the owners that the person providing a negative post has never been a client with Demenagement Super....total scam company.

Hi everyone, DON’T EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FIR YOUR MOVING. I had a very bad service and also they even stole my stuff and I mentioned that to the responsible person and all they said is impossible. The movers trying to make tips from us and demand that we give them 200$, each and they we’re 3 of them. What a shame, if you’re doing a good jobs you will get tips and don’t even have to ask. There jobs is not even done and once you pay them, they just left not one word. I wish I know how to upload the video, that they left all my stuff in the living room, when they supposed to bring it in each single room. That kind of service can’t be acceptable. Also they arrived very late, they told me 8am and I came @ 11:30. This is really unprofessional and not trustful. SO REMEMBER NEVER NEVER EVER HITE THIS COMPANY, they are scam and stealing very bad service and attitude. All they know is money, once they get it job done, even if is not. BE AWARD

They were 30 min. late, not a big deal but they brought a truck that was too small, so we had to make multiple trips. They broke a mirror, damaged our dryer foot, scratching the floor in the process. They dropped and dented my tool chest to the point where the drawers can’t close. Charged us more than than the estimator said. We are still waiting on the company to resolve our claims for damages, they don’t seem particularly motivated to sort it out. The good news is that I found most of my tools in the driveway.

After waiting a good hour to get someone on the phone, a person spoke to me with a very annoyed look and gave me a price before I even announced the place of departure and arrival. I should have trusted the other reviews before wasting my time calling them. Run away !

I have been trying to work with this company to schedule my move in 2 weeks. After first filling out their online estimation forms they call and want to schedule an on site evaluation. So no online estimation was actually done. Then, after playing phone tag with them for a week and never speaking to the same employee twice, I finally schedule an appointment for them to come for the estimate. I then get a call to reschedule to a more convenient time for them, which I do. And then they never showed up.In my opinion not a very reliable company. I just booked my move with someone else.
