This was the quickest and most expensive purchase I ever made. The salesman Mohammad Zaeimi was so nice, answered all my questions and even translated and explained what the credit analyst was saying as I'm a first time car buyer. He went above and beyond to bring the car I wanted to me to test drive it because I had no means to get to the dealership in time. I was pleasantly surprised and it worked as Iove my new car. He is easy and comfortable to talk to. Even after I got the car, he cleared up some things for me.

**I am disappointed with my experience with this dealership in October 2023. When purchasing my car, I was promised two keys. However, I still haven't received the second key and no one has taken responsibility for the problem. Additionally, I paid $2,700 for an extended warranty, but received no documentation detailing coverage. The car, a trade-in, was not even inspected properly because I did not receive an inspection report. The staff seems more interested in commission than after-sales service. I am very unhappy with the communication and follow-up.

Only lies, I just bought a Kia forte 2020 I went to the saaq for inspection of the car to have Uber with my new car and the saaq told me that the tires are finished, I go back to Kia to claim the tires know that I have a full guarantee and it's been 15 days since I bought the car and they don't want to change the tires for me and the lady (sabrina representative) started to find excuses and she told me that I don't know the saaq and I showed her the proof of the saaq in relation to the tires, total disrespect towards me and towards a government company, and in addition she told me that you have 24 hours to return the car but the deadline is real is 3 days, she lies, lack of professionalism and zero communication with their customers on top of that I'm new to Canada I don't know their sales policies well, I have the impression that they just want to sell you the car and are crazy about it after sales service

Got an appointment for my service quite easily, they said it would take up to an hour, after waiting an hour and 48 minutes, they came back telling me , sir, just another 15 minutes…
I waited more than 2 HOURS!!

Do not take an online appointment at Concept Kia in Dorval for service, this dealer after the appointment confirmed by text and email send you a text message that there is a problem with the appointment system and there is no technician for the electric vehicle to postpone your already confirmed appointment!
I am never going to make an appointment for a service at this dealership that is not being honest with its customers.
I received a reply from the owner to my review, but I want to let Kia owners know that this reply is not real, no one from their end called me or send me an email, they want to show you that they value their customers, but it's not real, don't be cheated by their replies to reviews.
