I was referred to CARSTAR Dorval through a family member and have used them twice in the last few years and I am very satisfied with my experience. I dealt with Dean who took the time to explain the process and gives you that confidence that you are in great hands. Dean is very professional, communicates well and provided regular updates regarding the status of the repairs whether it was to me, the insurance company or car dealership. A couple of weeks back someone drove into my car at a red light and it made a 3 people collision resulting in the front of my car getting completely smashed. The back of my car seemed surprisingly unscathed other than my license plate being bent. I got into contact with Carstar through my insurance company and had an appointment booked just a few days after the accident.Dean from Carstar is a total pro and and an absolute gentleman. Very knowledgeable, friendly and if I had any questions, he would answer them with expertise leaving no doubts in my mind. If there ever were any change of plans with the timetable that was set, he would call to let me know and explain why so there were never any expectations that weren’t met.Fast forward to getting my car back and I can’t stress enough that the work done is astounding. You could never tell I was in an accident. Everything from the body work to the paint job to the service was exceptional and I would definitely go back if (knock on wood) anything ever happened to my car again.Hell I’d go back just for a coffee and a friendly chat.

By far some of the best bodywork I've ever seen. I do bodywork on my own and theirs was done flawlessly. They also made it easier on me by dropping the betterment charge since another part needed to be replaced. They are understanding and kind. Plus they repainted the custom paint jop I had done prior to the hit, to make it look more like my old beautiful car. Honestly best body garage ever, will always recommend
