I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Mohammed at Budget Rent a Car at YUL Airport, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Traveling from the US to meet my sisters that I did not see for years. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Mohammed made the rental process seamless and efficient, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.
He went above and beyond to ensure I received the best vehicle for my needs, and his knowledge of the options available was impressive. I highly recommend the Budget team at YUL Airport. His excellent customer service truly made a difference, and I will definitely return for my future rental needs. Thank you, Mohammed!

2h30 that I wait for my vehicle reserved and paid in advance, for opening time. And I'm still waiting... But the vehicle has still not been brought to the agency by the Budget distribution service, which has not answered the phone at the agency since they opened this morning.

I waited in line for nearly 2 hours because only 1 man was working there for a huge line of customers. When I finally got to the counter, they did not have the vehicle type that I reserved.
In addition to that, they charged me ~$30 more than what was agreed on in my reservation. When I brought this up, they simply said "your base rate changed" with no further detail.
They have atrocious service, don't provide what they say they will, and then try to scam you.

Waited almost 2 hours to get our car. Super long line and only 1 or 2 people available to help at the desk. Staff was friendly despite their stress from being short staffed. Finally got our car and had to exchange cause it had engine light on. By the time we were finally on our way, we were delayed over 2 hours!

No matter other people’s view is good or not, I have to give them five stars!
We lost a small bag on the vehicle. They sent the suv back from parking lot and returned the bag! Thx a lot!

BRUTAL! Over an hour wait in line, not even a ”hello” or “thank you for waiting”. When you do all the Precheck in, I don’t think you should be standing behind people who don’t even know if there’s a car available for them to rent or need to stand there and make up their mind as bout what they might want to rent. Do better, Budget!

Don't trust their condition terms.
If you book a car and cancel it several days before your reservation, they won't charge you only 50$ !
In my case they charged me 145€ instead of 50$ !
They are thieves !

Just brutally slow service. I got there and the line was massive and there was one dude "working" who must be the slowest car rental agent I have ever seen, easily taking 15-20 minutes per customer. Once some other people started working the line moved much quicker, but this was just an awful experience for someone who had a reservation. Also, it was super hot in the rental desk area

Worst service….waited in long line for well over an hour….four people working the desk but only 1-2 out at a time…they would process one customer and then go in the back for 10 minutes…employees did not care that there was a long line

50+ people in line....two agents helping. Plan to add at least an extra hour to your travel time if you use Budget here.

It was a terrible service. Car looked new but you did not feel good in driving.
They charged me 100 more mistakenly and I talked to them three times. They still didn’t refund the money after one month. Customer service is terrible too.

4 hours of waiting to collect a vehicle, a shame! No empathy from the staff after an 8.5 hour flight and so much waiting!!
We had chosen a Dodge Ram or equivalent and the vehicle was not available when we arrived
Someone tried to force a 2-seater pick-up on us even though we have a child and a car seat,
In the end, we have an SUV that was not our initial choice for our Canadian road trip!
