Impeccable repair on time

I waited 4 months for my car. I never received a call to find out where they were with my car. No communication except when I called myself. They charged me $250 for the courtesy car because I had it for 4 months. The 4 month wait for my vehicle. They brought the parts to Chrysler who ordered them from Alfa Romeo in Montreal. This is inconceivable since my dealership is Alfa Romeo from Quebec. In addition, my car had no gas left in it and I see on the invoice that they drove around with it. I have to return the courtesy vehicle with full gas. Why did I leave my vehicle without gas when I went to pick it up? I do not recommend this garage to anyone. They laugh at people. No service and unpleasant response. All they care about is insurance money, to hell with the customer!

My vehicle like many is my baby, I hesitated between several places, to finally choose Pro-Color Donacona, I read the comments of several bodywork garages and it seems that we are never sure of the one that we must take we always want the best for our vehicle, so that it appears like new, in short... They did an incredible job, no cracks, no imperfections, even the interior of the doors are really well done without any traces, and the courtesy vehicle was very clean and in excellent condition. I recommend this garage without hesitation!

The service is great, the employees courteous and smiling! It is easy to access your vehicle. Small negative point, the courtesy smells as if we had emptied a bottle of grandmother's perfume... But hey, on a given horse you don't look at the bridle ?

I was told my car would be fixed in 2 weeks, but it took them 2 months. Courtesy cars most of the time have cracked windshields and the strong smell in the cars makes you want to vomit. I was called back 1 month after having my car to tell me that they had made a mistake and had given me used parts but that I was entitled to have new ones. So I returned my car for another 2 weeks. My car came out of there with a cracked windshield. And as luck would have it, it's not their fault.
