After having a flat tire in pierrefonds around midnight I called here for service. Gave the address to the lady on the phone, clearly frustrated she says under her breath that I should be speaking french (not knowing I am bilingual). I ask her to repeat in french and she follows by saying we are in Quebec and if I don'wanna talk french I should leave. This was followed by her hanging up. Melanie is the name I was given.
