I typically don’t write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. For $49 + tax and tip I expected my car to come out fully clean, but unfortunately, the back corner section wasn’t properly cleaned. On top of that, I paid an extra $3 for Armor All, yet my tires were still dirty. I asked to wax the car but it doesn't even seem like they did but they of course charged me for it. While some of the staff were friendly, they seemed to rush through the job. Given the premium price they charge, I believe more time and care should be taken to ensure the cars are thoroughly cleaned. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Do yourself a favor—save your money and take your car elsewhere.

Completely disappointed with the wash received. Paid 51$ after tax plus 5$ tip for an inside and outside wash. They left all kinds of water streaks on the pain, never cleaned inside the doors, dash/radio left completely untouched, vents were left completely dusty, small drips of coffee where the cup holders are were never cleaned. I will certainly never go back to Steve’s and I will let everyone I know not to waste their 50$ either. Doesn’t seem like they really care either cause I don’t see one reply from the admin or owner on any of these reviews. Save your money and go anywhere else

For the price they are charging, the car should come out clean.
This is the second time I get my car washed, I thought the first time was just them having a bad day. Attention to detail is poor.
- Interior console still dirty
- Streaks on the GPS screen
- Streaks on the instrument screen
- Virtually no tire shine
- Mags are still dirty.
If you are going to charge high prices, at least ensure the service is good and have someone walk around the car to inspect the work that was done.

Usually don't leave bad reviews, but for $60 they did even do $5 worth of a job, which I tipped without looking because I was in a hurry( but didn't rush the workers). I would not recommend, don't go there!!!

Brought my truck for rustproofing. Every other place I have been for rustproofing, they tell you not to wash the car for a couple of days to give a chance for the product to seep in. Here they wash it one minute after rustproofing even though I asked them not to. Got home and looked underneath, there were large areas that were still dry, not sprayed at all with rustproofing. Went to Nelson Garage, they took their time and absolutely hosed it with rustproofing, best job ever.

Have been going to Steve’s for years and they always do a great job. Recently brought my Landrover in for a deep cleaning. Did not think that all that salt on the carpets, numerous stains and the smell of smoke would come out. Today I picked up my car and all stains are gone and it has that “new car” smell! Thank you Mathew, you did the impossible! Wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

I usually do not post bad reviews, this is my second time in my life but i had to for the sake of this business reputation and to bring stench to the work that happens when the owner is not watching.
I am sure some people had good experiences at this place but I absolutely did not. They did an acceptable job for the outside body but there was less than bare minimum effort done for my car. I paid for an inside and outside basic cleaning.
-All doors still had dust and dirt at the bottom.
-Steering wheel wasn’t cleaned nor behind the steering wheel
- its safe to say the area in between the two front seats wasn’t touched, dust all over as you can see in the picture.
- the windows had stains on them from outside and the windshield, but i couldn’t take pictures because it was raining.
Most definitely not a service i would pay for ever again. When i brought the employee’s attention to the fact that all doors were completely neglected he proceeded to quickly wipe them with a rug rather than offer to do it again properly. These pictures were taken after he did the “ redid” the cleaning.

The worst experience sorry to say . 47$ and car not cleaned as supposed too. You should be rated for 2 star not 4.

Edit. Decided to give this place another try. Happy I did. They did a good job. I didn't make an appointment so I arrived at 8:50 am. There were already 4 cars ahead of me! It wasn't a long wait. They have lots of guys working on each car so it's pretty quick! Even with 4 cars ahead of me, it was about 45 minutes.
I'll be back. Thanks.
