Whatever you do, do not order their lingerie. Sizing chart is a fiasco. Said it should fit but I'm not sure there's a human alive that fits the dimensions of what I received.Shoes are okay, the sole was already lifting from the shoe when I got them so I'm a bit upset. More upset about the teddy though.Contacted customer support, useless. Basically told me sizing is tricky and they hope I'll shop from them again. I will not be as I'm out $500.Edit: 2 months later and I finally got a partial refund after getting very upset with support. If you order and do manage to get a refund, they will take $20 per item as a "restocking fee".

Had a great experience. Did my research into some Demonia boots for an event. Boots arrived in 5 days (4-6 was the ETA) and it brought my whole outfit together!I did have one inquiry and customer support was quick to respond and helpful. It’s the first time I’ve ever ordered boots like this and I’m very happy with them!

It's interesting that for every negative Shoefreaks review, a slew of 5 star reviews soon follows ??If shoefreaks spent more of their energy on customer friendly service and policies vs catering to influencers and gifting them with free merchandise in exchange for glowing reviews, they'd probably have more funds to allocate towards a better customer service experience. Too bad because they do have a lot of amazing shoes and clothing but unless you're a clout chaser, it seems that they don't want or care for your business

I love dealing with Shoefreaks. I've ordered from them several times now as have other friends of mine. Even when I had ordered a pair recently and they weren't what I was hoping for, the return process was easy. I opted for a gift card refund for that order as it cost me less than refunding. As much as I wish I didn't have to pay the return fee, it is what it is. It's important to do our best to see it from the business's perspective as they can only absorb so many costs of operating. Amazon, for example, is able to do free returns because they're a huge company that poorly treats their workforce. Shoefreaks isn't a huge company like them; I believe they're doing their best for their customers and their business.

You have to pay for shipping on returns and they limit you to one exchange/return, which they do NOT make clear before purchasing, so you better hope the shoe fits.Honestly, just order direct from the Pleasers site. It’s a far better experience.

I LOVE these boots from shoefreaks!! I have around 7 pairs from them and they're all so gorgeous!! The team at SF is super cool, customer service was amazing and shipping was so FAST!!

Burning Man ready! Love that I found ShoeFreaks to find the perfect outfits + boots for the burn. Everything fit true to size, order came in quick and I am obsessed w the looks. Plus the quality is definitely there. My friends are all asking me where I got my stuff. Will be placing another order in very soon ?

Disappointing. Although shoefreaks has a phenomenal selection of dancer and subculture style shoes, unfortunately the return and exchange policy is utterly frustrating. Their return policy stipulates you will be charged a percentage in restock fees. I believe it would have cost me $11 to return a pair of shoes and so I opted for an exchange which was oddly enough even more expensive as I had to pay shipping both to receive and to send back the shoes that didn't fit so essentially for a $70 pair of shoes I lost and paid an extra $40 which is truly unfortunate being that shoes are so difficult to buy online as it's impossible to be sure if the shoes will fit properly.

OMG I looove ShoeFreaks!! The shipping is speedy and the quality is amazing - I think I have 10 pairs now? SO much better than ordering from the US.. I'm also a half size, and they have lots of reviews which helped a lot when I wasn't sure about size.. I had one problem with one of my boots (my fav pair - it was probably my own fault) but they sent me a replacement part and I was able to get them fixed! I get compliments every time I leave the house. 10/10 recommend. (the ones in the pic are Demonia Camel-203)

I went to the location of the shoe company to exchange my shoes for a different size. As I arrived to the location, it was showing U-Haul. At the time we went the hours on the site said it was open but when I called they told me it was close. I was inform it was a storage place rather a store. The site itself is misleading.

Do not order from this company! I returned a pair of boots which they received on November 1, and I’m still waiting for my refund despite sending numerous emails wondering when I will get my refund. It’s almost been a month! On top of that, the returns are not free. $7.99 + $13.99 for restocking and label fee. Seriously? I’m being charged for printing my own label? Amazon has Pleasers, better to order from them.
