Bad gas machines, no service on them, you can't read messages on the screen. You press for regular , it confirm the super, just to get more money from your pocket. Lousy administration. Will inform Shell head office.Also the cycles of car wash are shortened and almost worthless, will go another place.

Assistance was good, very busy when I was there. Used a gift card to pay for a car wash and it was effortless and easy. Will use the car wash again

Every single squeegee bucket for windshield cleaning was bone dry. Staff refused to fill them.

The guy behind the counter can only be called a j*** and the only reason I am using that term is because I want to be polite online here. The individual I am referring to is the guy who has a handicapped right arm… I am not being derogatory here, I want everybody to know exactly who it is. I certainly hope that he is not the owner… Otherwise shell made a big mistake with that franchisee. His attitude is such that I’m not going back anymore. That’s not what I’m used to from Shell. He should be relegated to stocking shelves because he has no customer service skills at all.

Tried to resolve an unrecognized charge to my credit card at the station…went back 3 times to see the manager (who was never there). The same person at the cash gave us 3 different stories about the fraudulent charges and Shell Canada provided no additional help. I am very disappointed at the customer service of this large petroleum company and question the honesty and integrity of this particular station.

Employees blatantly refuse to speak French but are equally rude and unprofessional regardless of the language that you speak. Car wash is a piece of junk, the dryer said 75 seconds but only stayed on for 30. When I very politely asked the clerk to help provide a solution because my car was still dripping from everywhere I was told to DRY IT MYSELF!? Administration, I get the whole labor shortage issue, but have a look through your reviews and clean up your house. This is a competitive market and there is a very accommodating Esso right across the street where I will be spending my money from now on.

Same complaint as some of the other customers: The gas pumps' displays are UNREADABLE! For a company that is not exactly struggling financially and making huge money, they have totally neglected upgrading their pumps! The staff is also still not very professional, abrupt. Will not go back again, except MAYBE for the car wash, bit there are great hand car washes around.

Very disapointed - They closed patrons bathroom which was open but I guess they don't want to clean it (?) as most stations now have them open - informed them urgent - They said NO, to go across to McD when I urged them URGENT. (McD and restaurants due to Covid-19 in Quebec, are closed but for drive-thru). Gas pumps,at this Shell had no paper towels nor any plastic disposable gloves you now find at gas stations as they don't clean touch pads or gas pumps. Tested out the Touchless Car wash - not great - one side not done well, blow dryer end is extreamly weak and doesn't remove water as effectively as it ince did. Its showing its age or lack of upkeep. Very disapointed on this visit.

Staff member named "Hanny" is one of the most disrespectful workers I've ever met. When the car wash malfunctioned he made no effort to fix the issue or even give a refund, but instead stated "it's not my problem" and made me drive away with soap coating my car. Then when I aked when a manager would be there to see whose problem it would be, he gave me a wrong time. 10 gas stations up and down the street, do yourself a favour and skip this one

Please be warned.. there is a staff member by the name of "Rafaat" that is extremely rude and unprofessional. How hard is it to provide good service for 2 minutes while I pay for my gas? Now I will literally go across the street to @essocanada just so that @shellcanada does not get my business. Do not recommend here at all!
