Big Props ? To Pharmacist Salim!!
Wow the help I got from him was exceptional!! I have a bronchitis infection, so I have difficulty breathing and because of the medication ? I become hydrated extremely quickly, every time I came here to see him he gave me a solution and be vigilant about other things for example because I am on antibiotics, so it could be that I am sensitive to the sun MY OWN DOCTOR NEVER TOLD ME THAT!! In any case, big props to him, I am grateful and I should have bought my antibiotics from this jean coutu instead of a ghetto pharmacy in the outskirts of Montreal!!

I can count on one hand most likely how often I have given a poor review but unfortunately, I feel compelled to.
I have been going to this pharmacy since it was Cumberland Drugs... Decades supporting this location.
When I went to print photos, I encountered a problem with the photo machine. All my personal photos were stuck, and I urgently needed help to proceed. I asked for assistance, but the cashiers were unable to resolve the issue. They called for the manager, but 20 minutes later, there was still no sign of her. Finally, the manager, Julie, was located in the front. The cashiers uncomfortably approached her and informed her that I was still waiting for assistance at the photo centre. To my shock, Julie looked at her cashier, s me and turned, saying, 'I don't care, I have more important things to deal with'. She could have very well had "more important" things to deal with. In this case, walk over to me and say, "I am sorry, I have an urgent situation to take care of". Act human.
The cashiers apologized on behalf of their boss and I felt sorry for them.
There is no shortage of pharmacies and this needs help in managerial skills.

I strongly advise against consulting their nurse. I made an appointment for a tetanus vaccine, but once there, the nurse refused to vaccinate me on the pretext that my vaccine was still valid. However, I consulted another nurse who later confirmed that she should have vaccinated me, especially since I am doing renovations and going on a trip. During my next visit, I made an appointment for an ear wash before leaving on my trip, because I often have ear pain. Once again, when I got there, the nurse refused to perform the wash, claiming that she could see my eardrum. Result: throughout my trip, I suffered from ear pain, especially during my 5 plane flights and hikes at altitude. It was terrible and it wouldn't have happened if the nurse had done her job. I don't understand why you employ a nurse who doesn't want to work. Never had such a bad experience.

Had a very good experience with Stefania the pharmacist in the lab, she was very sweet and professional made me feel comfortable and took her time to explain everything to me thoroughly! Really appreciate her kindness

I'm extremely upset! I've been using dispill distribution for years, and I've repeatedly asked for early deliveries so I can have the rest of the day free for appointments and other activities. Initially, deliveries were at 9 AM, but they've gradually gotten later. After five years, we're now past noon. What kind of service is that?
They need to improve their services—perhaps by hiring another delivery person. Every time I complain, they tell me they're very busy and have a lot of deliveries. It's the same excuse I've been hearing for years. When are they not busy?

MERVAT (pharmacist) should NOT be working with the general public. If you are looking for a pharmacist who respects confidentiality, please look elsewhere. She has prejudice against those who take anti depressants. She escalated a situation that had a simple fix and could've been fixed if she would've let me explain but instead, she yelled loudly for me to " go home and take my meds" (she said the real name of them). Everyone, including my bf who was several aisles away heard this. People should feel safe picking up their meds. I don't expect the pharmacist to be judging me based on what I need picked up. The entire pharmacy was involved in my problem because the pharmacist was so loud and making sure everyone would hear the very personal situation. A situation that was a simple error on her colleagues part, but she made sure to call him incompetent instead of helping me resolve the issue.Prejudice against anyone is wrong, but when you treat me as if I'm hostile and crazy just because I'm picking up anti depressants, that's disgusting. I wasn't even able to speak but the second I asked her to take a second to calm down so I can explain to her the issue since it's an easy fix, that's when she felt the need to completely go against every code of ethics that a pharmacist would have.A good pharmacy is hard to come by but believe me, you can find a place way better than this one. I always end up waiting and there's always an issue with my meds. Last month they gave me double the meds I needed. It was ok but to have to wait a long time just to be faced with the most disrespectful pharmacists of them all, that I won't put up with.

I have known this place for over fifteen years, the employees are friendly. If there is something that disappoints me it is the prices displayed (reduced prices) which do not correspond to the prices paid at the checkout and this has happened to me several times since I checked the invoice.

The price of chocolates was marked as the photo at 1.99 and the box at charge was 2.19. The manager at this time Tuesday evening June 13 said that there was nothing she could do to correct the problem. This is not correct on the part of the manager..
