The worst and most unprofessional garage in Montreal. The « manager » is rude, not trying to help and doesn’t care about what you have to say. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE!

Too busy to patch a flat tire. Had more lucrative jobs to do. Not the most polite.

My son car broke down near the 40 exit on des source so I tow it to ok tires corner pierrefonds to this address and the old white hair guy always very offensive not professional always find a way to make clients pay way more .
I’m a regular client there always bring my whole family car like five cars so they knew me . The old guys wants to charge me 500$ for alternator plus labour but the alternator only cost 260$ brand new so he wants to charge me double.
So I asked him if it’s ok that I look for the parts myself to save money because it’s too expensive from them then he said yes but no guarantee so I said that’s fine but then when I called back to say I got the parts but he told me he have to charge me more on labour because I bring the parts so I said why,
You only giving me same labour so why charge me higher for same job. And gets mad said started being very rude to me over the phone told me it’s time to look for other garage because he doesn’t like when people don’t just accept what he said .
He doesn’t want to give me service if I don’t let him overcharge me.
What a crook but don’t get me wrong
The mechanic are very good there
I know most of the guy there that works
Only this front old white hair guys that want to screw all their clients specially the clients doesn’t know about cars and Hé doesn’t like it when you know a bit about cars because he get embarrassed For trying to screw you.
His old and unhappy crook guy
Very disrespectful to the clients
It’s sad that he makes everyone look bad there and he destroying the business image for sure . Very sad
I hope the management and owners finds a better honest frontiers to represent their service

Went in for an alignment, they did the alignment and then the old idiot is showing me the report that one of your shocks is leaking, Damn mahn he should have told me one of the shocks is leaking so atleast i could have it replaced and then go in for alignment, when i asked him why didn't you tell me before doing the alignment, he told me that your mechanic is suppose to tell you that the shock is leaking,
No point of arguing with these people

Went this morning to get a nail removed and get a patch. I was asked by an older idiot why I was there and to go somewhere else, unless I wanted to spend $60 for a simple patch. This guy is extremely unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend this garage. I went to Fredmir garage and it cost $20 and they took me right away.

Very rude customer service. Blonde guy especially and new lady. I was customer for over 10 years but they are just have no people skills at all. I think those people should not work there. Brought my car today for an appointment and just left. I think the owner should know about his business and that he is loosing money.

I've been a customer here for several years. Last summer, I purchased new 4-season tires here. However, when I attempted to switch to winter tires in November (which I do myself every year), I encountered a major issue – none of the lug nuts would budge. It turns out that buddy had tightened them to an absurdly high torque of over 300+lbs. It was beyond a frustrating experience, and it seemed like common sense was completely absent that day.To make matters worse, despite trying various tools such as a Breaker Bar, four broken Cross Wrenches, an Impact Wrench with 175+lbs pressure, and another broken Telescoping Lug Wrench, none of them worked. The only solution that eventually did something was me, weighing 195lbs, jumping on each lug nut with a Cross Wrench attached. That's why 4 of them were required because each broke after the 3rd/4th lug nut.The loud 'explosions' with each attempt were unnerving, but fortunately, the lug nuts finally came loose.Took 2 days for a 45 minute job! This was an unprecedented situation, and neither I nor my neighbors had ever witnessed anything like it before.I strongly recommend providing your staff with additional training to prevent such incidents in the future.

They’re just some scammers on this garage , they don’t know how to repair the exact problem, and charge insane amounts on USED parts and labour .

I highly recommend this place. Joe is an amazing guy that you can trust. I came today thinking that I have to do an alignment for my car, he didn't think it was really needed - anyone else would have seized the opportunity and charged me for a service I wouldn't even be able to tell if it's needed or not. He is an honest person!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Karim who comes from Algeria. I had an emergency appointment but just as I was about to leave the house, I noticed I had a flat tire. I went to Karim and he assisted me with this problem without asking for a lot of money. Thank you Karim
