I really like the reception at this Mr Lube location the service was impeccable the attention I got was amazing I do recommend Mr Lube location in DDO and the price/quality was better than most other places thank you again for your service

i went to the mr lube on sources blvd in ddo/ pt claire.these guys are rip off artisys. they adked 15.00 to check my battery strength.,$199.99 to change rrar deferential( 60.00 at lubrfication ddo) and were rude as well.i give them a 0/10.avoid at all costs .i left before they did anything and will never go back!!! 0 stars

Our recent experiences at Mr. Lube's Sources location, under the management of Rodny, have left us deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the quality of their service, particularly regarding the handling of our oil change appointments and subsequent issues.Following a previous incident where the wrong oil was nearly added to my girlfriend's 2021 mazda,we were offered a meager $10 discount on our next visit as compensation. Despite feeling somewhat shortchanged, we decided to give them another chance, hoping for a smoother experience.However, our hopes were quickly dashed when we noticed the engine light illuminating well before our next scheduled oil change. Concerned, we took the car to a nearby Mazda dealership for an appointment regarding unrelated parts, only to discover a concerning issue: the oil was leaking slowly, leaving a messy trail underneath the car, and the oil level was significantly below the recommended mark.Upon contacting Mr. Lube to address the issue, we were met with resistance and evasion from Rodny, the manager we dealt with previously. Despite presenting evidence in the form of pictures clearly depicting the leak and low oil level, Rodny attempted to deflect blame by falsely claiming that it had been a year since the oil change, even going so far as to obscure the date on the photos with his hands.Refusing to take responsibility for their oversight, Rodny insisted that we speak to the office before any action could be taken. This blatant attempt to avoid accountability and withhold a refund only served to further aggravate us, highlighting a lack of integrity and managerial competence within the establishment.In light of these experiences, we strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Mr. Lube for their automotive needs, especially if dealing with Manager Rodny. The inconsistency in service quality, coupled with a blatant disregard for customer concerns, makes it clear that this establishment falls short of delivering the level of professionalism and reliability one would expect from a reputable automotive service provider. As a result, we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future, and we urge others to do the same to avoid similar frustrations and disappointments

Didn’t tell me the price before doing the job. They charged me over 200$ for a tire change!!! This is robbery and dishonest.Edit: February 2024, I finally received a phone call from someone at the store who opened with “I spoke to my employee and he said he gave you the price”.1) This is a flat out lie as I was in and out without complaining except this post and the work was done in April.2) Before trying to find a solution, he opened with “I believe my employee”.3) when I asked him why he called if it was just to get me frustrated with a lie or to give me a credit of ANY kind? He said he couldn’t offer anything.4) he told me that their price is their price, even though every garage charges 100$ less. In other words, “even though we don’t post it up and you had no idea, too bad”5) he said “you left a review so I called you”. I’m not looking for friends to chat with. Either find solutions for people or just swallow the bad reviews when YOUR STAFF makes massive errors.As if the price being hidden wasn’t enough, being lied to and treated like an idiot is worse.

Terrible experience, went for an oil change thinking all was good went home all good woke up next day to find oil all over my driveway put the suv on Jack's only to see thatbthe oil plug was totally used and rusted not belonging to my new SUV . I was furious the person changing the oil probably lost my SUV's plug and replaced it with whatever he found . Instead of going back just to be told some kind of excuse I have decided never to go back. And thats aside from being told stuff like oh your transmission oil needs to be changed meanwhile my SUV is brand new like really??? Terrible location

I have to renew my 5 star review to 0. I came with my oil and filter for an oil change and a very rude 'boss" who didn't want to identify himself after me asking his name, said that the price will be the same even if I provide the oil and filter for my own car. I asked why and he refused to answer. I think this garage is no longer providing the quality of service they did years ago. I would highly recommend everyone to avoid these thieves.I also want to thank the skinny tall dude for being the thief he is, so I know where not to return.

They are meant to offer tire change no appointment needed. Came twice to have a new set of tire put and they refused to offer service. 1st time told me that equipment was out of service and told me to come next day, came the next day employee refused to offer service no explanation with a simple no, we don’t offer this service ?? What’s the point of saying you offer the service if you won’t do the job because of your laziness ?

It was our first time at Mr.Lube. The guy that is there on Saturday morning is rude. No smiles, opened my door without telling me, so my arm fell, since I was leaning on it.Then he says it's 123$ before txs... I asked what kind of oil they use and he says synthetic, so I reply, I have never put synthetic in my car , I just want the regular. He turned his computer around and he says " look here, you see? They say that you need synthetic.... I told him, my car is 9 years old, I have NEVER used anything but regular and my car is in mint condition.So we left and never again will I consider Mr. LUBE and I will not recommended also
