I was given a Caddy as a loaner car. Pretty cool. My car was expertly repaired. Just like new. The reception was very polite and professional as was the staff in the body shop. I returned the loaner car a couple of days late (I didn't realize they closed at 1:30 on Fridays even though the receptionist clearly said so.) They didn't say anything. Overall, I am very satisfied with this body shop and would highly recommend. ((::

kept my car for 6 weeks after my accident. only got it back after calling almost everyday for 2 weeks. got it back with the body work done but check engine light still on. this is an issue regarding my insurance company as well which they work directly with but my suspension is messed up now and rusted parts have been put on my car. pretty sure my car was scavenged here. i’ve been lied to and cheated. don’t come here.

They took 10 days where the job was for maximum 3 days. It wasn't a big job either minor scratches on the fender and headlight. When picking up, there were still scratches on the headlight which they worked while I was waiting. Unfortunately the scratches are still there. There are cup ring marks on all 4 seats. Probably some chemical bottle they kept which left the stain. The garage didn't have any car and I had to go to rent a car place to pick up and drop off the courtesy car.Overall, a minor body job not done properly while taking so long. If it wasn't for my insurance, I wouldn't be taking my own car there.Service: Body & Trim

Waste of time, After my car crashed and the tires were obviously damaged, they still told me it was safe to drive my car because they couldn't repair it until the parts arrived. But the reality is that the car will shake and the direction is not straight after 80km/h

i brought my car recommended by my insurance.they repair the driver's side door and they give my car with a red parking light and exclamation light on.The Manager Mr Alex Menard told my wife to drive the car for couple of day and light will go off .a week later they are still on my dashboard and my brakes don't work.they broken the "brake fluid line."And now Mr Alex Menard denied this problem and he tells me that my car it was like that before the accident.and I have pictures to prove it that he is a liar.Don't ever go to this place .i will put a big O stars but unfortunately i can't, I have to put 1.
