The purchase of my Jeep went well in 2021, but since then, every time I have had to return for problems, I have received ridiculous excuses. I ultimately had to have my Jeep repaired elsewhere to ensure my safety and that of my family. I will never buy a Jeep again and especially not from sources.

Had an appointment for windshield replacement on one of our company truck. Got the vehicle in on time, 9am, in heavy traffic. The star given is for kindly providing a ride back to the office so I did not have to waste my time there. And what a waste it would have been. Not only the work hasn't been done (apparently the tech did not show up for work), no one had the decency to call to let us know. When I called them the next day to have an update on the matter, I have been told that I could leave the truck there until Monday, BUT, there was no guarantee that it would be done then either. Lack of communication between department/employees, lack of professionalism in notifying client. I do NOT recommend this place. No one has been rude, but the professionalism is seriously absent in the service department.
It did cost our company extra money time and gas) for a job not done.

[edit] Update, after selling me an extended 7yr warranty back in '17, when I tried to use the warranty for them to fix an issue that manifested before the warranty expired, they just gave me the runaround until the warranty actually expired. As it is now they are not answering my emails and there's nobody "in charge" to take a decision to replace a 200$ part. It used to be "Great service, quick delivery, amazing people. Would buy from them again in the future. [edited after being a regular customer for service on my car there for 7 years] - I am now demoting the review to 2 stars for "past services only" because as we all know, purchasing a car is only the beginning of the experience. To have the full experience just run into any trouble that's supposed to be covered by warranty and you get 2/5 stars. I might revise one day if they ever manage to find a manager that actually will take charge of any given situation.
