“I was into the store recently for a curb side pick up for some Christmas Trees I bought online. While at the store I also had to return one of the items purchased. I was helped through the process by Rihanna and she was an absolute gem. Kind and helpful and even helped me out again when I called a week later with questions about the return. Thank you Rihanna!”

“Excellent service as always at Simons, whether in Carrefour Laval or Pointe Claire Fairview shopping mall. Staff always smiling, very helpful and professional. Yesterday at Carrefour Laval, I bought bath towels, all shelves were very well stocked, very tidy, and paying at the cashier was fast. Few weeks ago, I went to Point Claire and walked in the women pullovers department back and forth and could not find an item I had seen on the internet. So I asked a female young salesperson and showed her on my iPhone a picture of the pullover I was looking for, she said she will try to help me. She went to another department, also on the same floor and came back 10 minutes later with the pullover I was looking for and the correct size although it was not in her department. She did not send me to that department, rather she went herself and got it for me! THAT IS WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank God for having Simons and the excellent staff they hire. Excellent store, excellent management and excellent service always.”

I went to the store this morning to buy Halloween chocolate ? box that was on sale and I ask the manager he said that they've never received them .
I was on my way out and the manager came and told me to grab a box that was double the price and sold it to me for the same sale price.
That's what I call great customer appreciation and kindness.
I would recommend the store and especially the manager 5 on 5 .

“HomeSense in Boisbriand is truly a fantastic place that I love and where you can find lots of beautiful and diverse products for the home, at prices that defy the competition. I went there on Tuesday May 21 and I was particularly well received by Lise and Linda in the decorative vases section. They were totally attentive, empathetic and gave me lots of advice, each more judicious than the last, which helped me make excellent choices. A big thank you ladies.”

I second time i review because nit only the soap dispenser was off the wall and not functional but fecal on floor in one stall and the toilet seats had not been cleaned for a few days......once again not a clean ....experience”

I would recommend this to customers looking for more options. The store seems to be more organized and cleaner even during the busy holidays season.”
“Absolutely love this storeFirst off its location is very convenientAnd the store itself is quite big i like how the sections are neatly organized and the staff are always making sure everything is in place!My only small issue with this place is that the mens shoes tend to be scattered and kind off lost for example plenty of shoes are misplaced in the wrong sizes and they could use some more shoes in general theres only like 5-6 shoes per aisle.”

“Loads of summer tops for $3.50 cheaper than a fripperie truly! Their pears weren't on sale, but they're lovely, plums were on sale and bags of avocados for $4. A great little place to shop that won't break the bank. ?”
“The place reminds me of a Winners, a little more elaborate and varied... or a Walmart with much fewer options. However, the choice of decorative items is to say the least... astonishing! You really find everything there. I admit that this is the department that interests me the most when I shop here and I often come home with a little something new! Because if there is one element that sets Marshalls apart from its competitors, it is the prices: often very reasonable, lower than the competition. All the same, I must admit, on a few occasions, I had more or less pleasant experiences with clerks (especially the time when I was made to wait around twenty minutes simply to find out the price of 'an item). Nice establishment, but when you look at all the items sold there, nothing amazing either.”

Friday May 31, 8:25 p.m. I go to IGA Duchemin on Blvd Le Corbusier Laval. I'm at the counter for the lottery. The gentleman who greets me is the manager on duty I believe, and his name is Shaun Buckley. I'm a little stuck with time and submit a group lottery form to Mr. Buckley. He answered me: "You know that we don't do a personalized group formula for customers as such? I mentioned to him that it's a service offering that Loto Québec offers to its customers, and that also , is it a disconcerting operation to activate the terminal? What follows is a rather virile exchange. To this end, I must admit that I had a slightly belligerent tone unlike that of Mr. Buckley who was polite, respectful, courteous. & professional, despite the situation. People in control capable of managing situations with sometimes aggressive customers with often virulent comments. The Duchemin IGA family can be proud to have in their team a man capable of letting his emotions go. in the locker room and being able to rationalize your thoughts in store with customers Finally, I simply wanted to highlight what we no longer see these days: competent people.

“It's a huge store with almost everything you need great for those on a budget and sometimes they have items in beauty etc so great finds for almost half the prices you would pay in pharmacies etc the only downside is not to this store it is the company that's charging more and more these days”
