Horrible experience in general! Laid-back sales management, poor internal coordination and communication—facts that made my first time experience in this dealership a horrible one!
One week ahead, I agreed with this dealership "in writing" to install new winter tires on my new vehicle and have it ready for delivery. I came in for delivery to find the all-season tires still on, the gas sign is lit, and the vehicle is not clean! They took the vehicle to install supposedly "brand new" winter tires, and after excessive, unexplained delay for many hours, the "brand new" winter tires looked muddy and dirty; they even looked used as if uninstalled from another vehicle and reinstalled on my vehicle, which might explain the excessive delay in getting the tires on!
I am sharing two photos of the supposedly "brand new" tires the minute I received my brand new vehicle; do those tires look like brand new to you?

I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle, using the services of Vahid from GMC west island.
I would like to recommend strongly working with him, as he is very patient, with a lot of courtesy, understand entirely the requirement and budget, and explaining all that needed to be known. He was able to match my budget, and explained all pros and cons.
I have been involved in sales for a good 20 years in my life, and I believe Vahid is one of those star sales that can retain clients even after closing the deal.

What a joke. My trunk door wouldn’t close and we took an appointment and dropped the car off for a day since it was under warranty. My husband was able to remove the trunk shock within minutes for us to be able to close the door since there was an issue (trunk door wouldn’t close). Going on day 6 and car is not ready yet. They have the part in stock. Every time we call no one answers, we leave messages. No call backs. Finally after multiple calls we receive a response. Called today and they didn’t realize car is still parked, going on day 6. This should have been handled within a few minutes. Not impressed with their customer service! How can you leave a client without a car for this long? No courtesy car or any updates! Terrible customer service. Save your money and go to a local shop
