Big shout out to André who helped us buy screens, keyboards, cameras, adapters, for two different portable computers. It was agreeable that everything was in the store. Picked it up and installed it all in the same day. Thank you!

I went there today got helped by John, amazing salesperson that know is stuff !
I came in for a graphic card and went out with a full new computer!!
As mine was starting to have some graphic issue 8years old gpu and with is expertise was able to direct me to what I needed.
He didn't push to upsale or force sale he was just explaining everything to all my question.
Very good experience with store and John thank you for the excellent service !

Went to this store in sereval times to buy things for my computer the service was on point Andre is very polite and takes the time to serve Hes costumers with respect good advice for the items I needed I would give him 10 starts if I could I would definitely recommend that store and of course this employee ?

Came to purchase few items and tried to pay with their store card flexiti, the person who helped me was very friendly and told me that he was not sure if it was possible as the card can be use only with a minimum of 300$ after tax a the store.
I told him that in downtown and Brossard store I have been able to purchase without a minimum, and he told me he will ask his manager.
The manager came to me and first thing he said without any other word was to go to another store if I don’t like that.
Very rude manager, it was just a simple question as that policy was weird.

Went to this location to help with my read-only locked SSD expecting that it was broken and that I had to get manufacturers warranty however they helped me fix it at no extra cost since I bought it from them.
I can definitely recommend this location, they will help you with your needs.

Really bad service at this branch. Condescending attitude towards customers. I was literally told that if I discuss and propose something to check on my PC, I should just go and fix it myself, “if I know everything already”

I chose to go to this store, not only because it is close to my workplace, but also because it offers attractive prices. This allowed me to save time by avoiding delivery. I was looking for a CPU and a motherboard. I tried to discuss with the seller of my choice, but the latter tried to sell me a more expensive “bundle” without even asking me what I planned to use it for. The service was really disappointing. I left with equipment without ever being asked why I needed it, or if it would be compatible with what I already had. The objective of purchasing this type of product in store was to obtain expertise or advice. But then I really felt like they were just trying to get more money out of me for no good reason.
