10 tons of negative attitude by employees makes this an annoying and inconvenient way of getting routine office supplies, as a freelancer working at home.Another sterling example of what Staples looks like in the 3rd world.Charging for environmentally disastrous plastic bags, instead of simply providing cheap recyclable paper bags, is a grubby and mean-spirited way of trying to charge customers more, just for routine shopping.All this Gross Bureau has managed to do is to convince me to get all routine office supplies from Amazon - and ditch all this bother, annoyance and attitude. Amazon is the extremely easy and convenient answer to this self-defeating Gross Bureau attitude to customers.At Bureau en Gros, the customer is *always" wrong. So be it. We don't need you, Bureau en Gros.

Bureau en Gros is somewhere I visit quite frequently as I am graduating in teaching and get my binding done there. Today I visited however I had a question. I was served by Rama who made me feel dumb. Their whole puncher was not working. She told me it’s simple and that she couldn’t help me. All I wanted was for her to punch one whole in it. She proceeded by going and standing behind the cash. Wasn’t so busy after all! She was rude and unapologetic. Thankfully, a kind gentleman working there (with tattoos) came and helped me and looked all over the store for a binder ring for me to attach my document with.

went to pickup a store order, pickup booth sent me to cash,cashier 1 sent me to cashier 2.it felt a bit disorganized, though there was no line so I did not mind. store is getting a bit weird, as for an office place the toy section was right in the middle and it is the last place I would go to for toys.found what I was looking for in addition to picking up my order, and.it ws a good price.
