I just wanted to leave a great review for Nicolas (printing Department)! He was very helpful with my order; he took the time to listen of what I needed done and made sure it was done promptly and most importantly properly! Very happy :) I will definitely make sure to go see him next time I have an important order to be done .

The service at this branch is exceptional. It's unfortunate that the manager Stephanie is being transferred to another branch because she is such an angel. Danny is amaaaaaazing as well! Five stars all the way!

My friend needed a new phone and plan, because he was paying too much and didn't have much data. Rana was amazing. She really went out of her way to help him. He struggles with even basic technology, and there is no way he could have set this up himself. She was extremely patient and kind, finding us all the discounts she could find. I have never had such good service from someone before. She really is exceptional.
Before we left, I stopped and told the manager what a good experience we had with her, but he didn't seem to care, which is sad.

Bureau en Gros Cote Vertu...terrible service. Jan2, 2025 at 4pm. Waiting at print center to be served. A man and woman ...backs to me...ignoring my presence. I had to voice myself for service! They refused lying that they could enlarge or plastify my photo. I had to find on my own...another Bur en Gros on Sources....DDO...drove all the way there. Excellent service by Vincent and Nicholas! Courteous, hard working , love what they do and no cellphones! All work was ready in 20 minutes!!! Bravo, DDO Bureau en Gros...you made my New Year very Bright! As for you Cote Vertu Bureau en Gros...Shame on you...no time for your clients...too busy on your cellphones. SHAME!!!

Never saw such non professional service
Worse place ever will never go there again rather spend my money with Amazon than this place ridiculous trying to sell me something more expensive than what the tag say i have never seen something like that ask for the manager there was no client still made me wait 20m like if have nothing to do my mistake to try to support local hope this store close down

They always have just one cashier open, which I have learned to live with however now they accept Amazon returns. So the single cashier, is also an Amazon employee. Good luck getting out of this store without waiting in a slow line.

The lady at the pick up station had the worst attitude besides being on her phone while I was waiting to be served. She didn’t notice me for a good 2-3 minutes. Really not welcoming

extremely terrible printing services!!! the workers won’t even attend to you if you were dying, their computer is extremely slowww got there 30 minutes ago and i wasn’t even able to scan a document, kept hearing i should wait 🤦🏾♀️ & this is my first time in quebec, if i come next time im definitely not coming here to print or scan. i had to scan on my notes app, trust me it saves you a lotttt of time!
