Came in around noon on a Wednesday, got the worst service you could possibly think of from one of the saleswoman « Marjan », rude from the start, i had to practically beg her to sell me a 200k rs etron gt which she wasn’t sure they make?? (had to pull up google images) like i’m sorry? After 30 min looking for the car, i couldnt even get inside of it because of some « malfunction »? Nothing against her but that level of incompetence baffles me. Walked my a** next door to porsche where you are treated like an actual human being and picked up a used Taycan. Good service from the receptionist though!

I bought a car 6 months ago, my tires are worn to such an extent that they are not safe, my fault inside the door is a fault in the manufacturer and he does not want to help me. very bad service.

Terrible experience. Have been calling them since 7:30am and no one answers the phone. Left messages with no reply. Nobody answers the phone!!!!! Stay away.

Avoid Norman’s at all cost. Always nose up to the air and try to sell you extra service. Even failed to markdown worn out parts after a regular checkup, making warning light up just days after maintenance.
