I have been self-employed in the field of road service for 30 years in heavy goods vehicle tires, I had an accident yesterday and I could not provide service to my customer, so I called Roussillon tire service which was close to my client who had a puncture, he told me no problem, they can do it, I gave all the information and I gave my credit card, at the end I mentioned it to him, is that can I count on you?? Of course, I will call you when the call is made, after 3:00 of waiting my client was forced to move on this puncture risking a fine. I have never given crappy service to my clients, especially no false promises and the worst part is that they ever called me back to tell me the reason for not having been compensated my client.
Antouca, having already worked for them when she was younger, the new team of this place, advised against going there or doing anything with them, a gang of incompetent and unprofessional people.
I would have a few visits to make to their clients to offer them my services, which will be much better and much more professional. These are a Roussillon promise.

Bought 4 new studded, winter tires....due to poor workmanship over 1/3 of the studs were coming out(see pics ). i had to pay another shop to replace the missing studs .....horrible service?

Go to this garage at your risk. It is a circus.Ten days ago, I took my Audi Q3 to switch the all-season tires for the winter tires. The appointment was at 2:00 pm, and they called me to say the car was ready just five minutes before they closed.They waited until I paid for the service when the shows started.One of the mechanics said, « we left your car with four bolts in each tire instead of five. » what? Why?.. And continues.. « we broke the security key, and we could not take it out the safe bolts, then we had to break the security bolt in each tire.» «That happens frequently to us ». « But your car is fine ». At that moment, another staff guy said: « Actually, in the end, we installed the original spare bolts that came with your car. » «You will be fine ».So far, the car does not have security bolts installed; my car has no more spare bolts, and I don't know if they damaged something when breaking the bolts.They continued saying, "in Canada, the cars don't need those security bolts » « if they want to steal the whole car.» They were closing, and I was late for a commitment, too. Ultimately, they said they would talk with their manager to give me a solution and call me. The next day, obviously, they didn't call. I went two days after to talk with the « garage manager.» After one of the mechanics explained what had happened, he said I had taken the car somewhere else, and they had broken the key. I told him the car has always been with them. I have used their tire storage service since I got the car 2 years ago. Again, he said that the key gets broken frequently in the store. Afterward, he continued saying that the car was fine and did not need security locks in the city. I saw that I was losing my time, and the manager started getting upset, saying he was busy…he was busy!! Was I not?I showed him that the original secure bolts from the Audi dealer cost around 120 dollars plus taxes, and he said they would be stealing me if I were to buy from them. When I asked that I wanted my car in the original state with the original parts, he exploded and said he wouldn't do it. In the end, he said he wouldn't give me the original bolts, the cheaper ones, and they would do the service when the changes season tires finished if I am lucky.Again, I have the car without security bolts, no spare bolts and hopefully, the car is in good shape, but I have learned: 1) Security bolts are not needed; 2) Audi and the other automakers are crazy about providing that extra security and 3) You don't need to replace with the original parts because the dealers steal from you.?The only positive thing about this garage is that it is close to my home. But the prices are similar to the car dealer's, if not more expensive, and the service and experience could be better.I am still waiting for the call to have a solution to this situation.

Arriving with a nice flat (nail in the tire) in the middle of the rush to install winter tires on a Monday morning, I was treated to a friendly, warm and professional welcome. In less than an hour my tire was changed. Very professional team and service to recommend
