Behind the counter technician at the parts department went above and beyond to help me fix the situation with a broken pump switch that was urgent because would be leaving early the next morning on vacation. Quite sad to have to give one star. I had a new swimming pool installed last year (June). The seller was more than kind and helped me in my process. On the other hand, he poorly advised me on what could be done during the installation and the new pool ended up misaligned with a deck already present (The seller had initially told me that he could put the pool level with the deck then the outline of the pool would be below the deck). After the installation, I expressed my problem to Martin who is in charge of sales and Sylvain who is the general manager of the place. I was told that the installation was compliant. As a result, I had to redo part of my deck to at least ensure that there was no crack between the deck and the pool. Finally, Sylvain told me that we would look at a new set of stairs and that he would give me an excellent price (July-August). I relaunched it in October when I saw it in store and he reassured me that he hadn't forgotten me. I contacted him via text message and call in May (No response) Being in the store, he was sent a message to call me back and still no response (June). The most difficult part of all this is that I want to encourage local businesses and that Hippocampus Pool is a good one, but to what extent can the business go that far in the hope of keeping its customers.

We got a new liner installed by them. I had a hard time dealing with the service department for the liner issue. We spoke to the store manager Frederik. He was kind enough to listen to us and understand the situation. Looking forward to getting it resolved soon
