The new store layout is nonsense. Difficult to move around with a basket because several displays are crooked or arranged at angles. Some rows are crooked or slanted, but why did you do it all crooked? We were looking for sparkling water, there is a row with regular water and the sparkling water is 2 rows further in a corner, that doesn't make sense. The configuration of the rows and the arrangement of the products must be completely revised.

I am a fan of the selection in some item categories but I unfortunately have to say that the stores layout and design is truly in need of a freshen up. The staff and their social skills I find very pleasing and professional. They do their best and what is possible to accommodate your needs and inquiries and am greatly appreciative of that and to them I say thank you and keep up the good work.

Yes, it's starting to make the IGA Cowansville last3rd orders in a row no packer!!! When it's below $100 ok against orders. At $300-450 do you have to manage your lack of employees?Rotten fruit aplenty on the shelves!!!I agree to pay 30 to 50% more than other grocery stores for SERVICE!!! Can we have a pleasant experience!!??? Minimum $1500-2000/month that I spend would be fun ;)And your Cheap Amazon LED lighting which sparkles gives you a headache!!

I have given this establishment a chance many times...Several rotten products here and there.In MSDS I bought 3 Heritage cans...I wondered why I went to the toilet all at once.The 3rd apple can tasted worse than the lemon one so I threw it away...The date below the cans is 2022..... We are 2 months from 2024!!!!!Shame on you, you are disgusting, it could have been a worse reaction, I could have been sicker.

Food rots several times and in several departments: for years.Customer complaints are ignored again and again.There are limits to giving chances to a company: IGA really doesn't care about people AND its employees.I got some pretty disgusting details about how it works backstage, and about the bad way it's managed....No respect employer/customer, but they will continue to make money.Go ahead, delete my comment to see.
