Don't go there, go elsewhere Don't go waste your time there! I went to make repairs on my car for a front windshield, a front passenger window and to correct the opening of the rear trunk and when I went to pick up my car he had not changed the correct windows and nothing else. broken and the suitcases my car was as before.......... very great lack of professionalism on the part of the director of the estimators and the technicians I didn't like at all how the staff reacted when I told them showed the error the second time I returned I waited 4h30 to be told that my car would not be ready in time I really felt that he was wasting my time!

Very disappointed with the insurance job:1- they tried to give me a deformed bumper in addition to very poor execution of the paint. Bubbles, bad sanding, etc.2- after complaining to me they replaced the bumper with one in better condition. Paint job OK, but color match very poor. Not to mention that I had to complain again so that they could realign the bumper, hood, fog lights and replace the defective proximity sensors.3- One year after the job, the paint is already tingling, much worse than after 6 years on the original paint.In short, low quality parts, labor who failed to demonstrate their expertise, very poor products, painting and preparation.Don't make the same mistake as me and categorically refuse your insurer's offer to go there. They are probably the lowest bidder for insurers and this is why.P.s. This is the first time that I have had to complain about this type of work, but there are many limits at any given moment!

Hit a deer and insurance sent me there. When I picked up the car the front end, covered by insurance looked great. Problem was I asked them to do several other things too. The windshield was to be replaced, two rust spots the size of dimes were to be touched up and a big scratch beside the back hatch was to be touched up. They didn't let me know the insurance didn't cover the windshield so it wasn't replaced. To touch up the two rust spots they repainted the aileron and half the back hatch but left a pock mark in the aileron. The big scratch wasn't touched. I paid an extra for the extra work. Very disappointing as they had the car for a whole week and if they required more money or approvals to go ahead with the additional tasks they only had to call me to ask for permission.
