Nobody rates banks good, but honestly I like this bank. It's cozy and the people know what they're doing. I only wish it stayed open longer

Had a previous bad experience with an associate (had been waiting for a call back for months) when I called back they told me that associate was no longer working there so they transfer me to Zach, who did an amazing job. He's very friendly, explained everything clear and quick. Great customer service.
