This Fido works from 12-12:30. Do not come at 11, seems like google maps shows wrong working houers, service isn't bad

Today I went to Fido and after waiting 1 and half hour this man who is working there was in rush and very rude to me and he didn’t even look at the problem and without even listening me he just said everything is good there is nothing to worry about. You can go. Worst place to ask for help.

I went there to ask for a prepaid plan for my dad, the guy was inconsiderate and rude. He didn’t take his time to help us at all and he was just answering my questions in a short yes an no answers and acting annoyed that we even ask for guidance. I would not go to this Fido again.

Worst service....store is not open even after 12 pm....showing as open on Google......waited for 40 mins to see the store open...but no one turned up....very disappointed.

This guy takes advantage of older people by convincing and selling them things they don’t need (protection plan, service fees, etc..). He also doesn’t provide an invoice because he doesn’t remit any taxes to the government which is illegal. He charges taxes on his accessories he sells but refunds cash only. He charged me $90 plus tax which came to $103 but when I asked for refund he gave me only $90… he should be in jail and not associated with Fido.

They say they open at 11am. They have people waiting for over an hour for them to show up. It’s unnaceptable. You don’t want to open your store for 11am. Then change your opening time. Not nice to leave people waiting.
