Poorly repaired a pair of stainless steel earrings by putting a sterling silver post for 35$. In my opinion they either knew this would not work because it wasn’t sterling silver or they are incompetent because they cant test and recognize metals. They offered no discount or exchange for the store.

PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END SO YOU WON'T BE SCAMEDI bought a 10K Men's Yellow Gold Bracelet 37.3 gramat a cost of $3,730.00 he said he made the Bracelet. The Owner showed me the stub, marked Regular Price $7,460.00. Come on, not even a Diamond on the Bracelet for that price ? that was a year ago.I still have the Stub. I was a fool to buy that Bracelet , but we can get fooled by B.S.I went to the store Monday Oct. 24, 2022 to sell it back to him. He offered me $550.00 saying it would be used for scrap. That means I lost $3,180.00 plus Tax on the amount I paid for it. I was not expecting to get what I paid for the Bracelet, but $550.00 please don't laugh at me , you took me ONCE , NEVER TWICE.What a RIP OFF, I will never deal with this Crooked place again, nor will many of my friends believe me.Stay away, they make there own prices, then offer peanuts if you want to sell the item back to them.We live and learn, when we are TAKEN, by a good TALKERBelow are two pictures of his famous hand made Bracelet , sorry they are not very clear. I had spent a lot of money in this place on Gold Rings, Ect. As the saying goes, no one asked me to shop there. Very disappointing experience, I'll never go back to or recommend these thieves. I had purchased a necklace for my girlfriend for her birthday and asked the couple working for a chain that wouldn't break. As my girlfriend gently puts on the necklace the chain immediately breaks. The couple had marked down the price of the original chain so that when I went in with my girlfriend to exchange the chain for a more affordable one, the couple made me invest in the difference between the marked down original chain and the new chain, even though the new chain was actually less expensive. I paid the difference because I had no proof of the original price and just wanted my girlfriend to have her birthday present, but this will be the last time I visit these swindlers.

The worse place you could go! The couple are thieves!!! They are not trust worthy. They can NOT distinguished a gold piece. I brought a cerate 18 necklace since the lock was broken. First the wife said that It was not gold!!!!! second she was going to charge me $137, when I asked why and it is too expensive she was extremely rude and became very aggressive!! I went to a very well known jeweler and I paid ONLY $45!
