The staff is either very friendly or very rude. There are several choices of products, but few people who really want to advise us. Either the saleswomen ignore us, or they are after us for their commission. The service is very average, but the products are quality. Some salespeople follow customers as if we were stealing. Really not great!

Horrible customer service, it was the worst experience of my life, attitude of the advisors not professional at all.
The store was empty and I asked for advice and waited 15 minutes only to find no one helped me. I wanted to try a product that was on the floor but the advisor wouldn't open it for me to try it. Plus it was my birthday and I wanted to spend $2000 on my products. I will wait until I return to Montreal to go to my favorite Sephora!
I will never return to Sephora Saguenay.
I don't recommend going there, the service is pitiful :(

My aussie girlfriend came in a week ago. She doesn't speak French yet but was happily surprised to see one of the girl there spoke English and was super helpful. Came back a few days later for a makeup session. The same girl ( Mary-Kate ) did a fantastic job and we can't recommend her enough.

The employees provide good service and we are well advised. The store is clean. :)However, there was a problem with my online pickup order; by email I was told that it was ready but when they got there, they couldn't give it to me because it was in a safe to which only an absent employee had the key. I canceled my order and repurchased the items to avoid a return trip from Alma to Chicoutimi at another time. Why the less star?

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PURCHASES BEFORE LEAVING THE SHOPBlatant lack of professionalism and competence. Despite my insistence, the box was not checked, a product was missing inside. Obligation to return, to be reimbursed to cancel the purchase and recommend online. Delivery in 4 days. Absolute ZERO customer experience.Very unpleasant experience. We feel like a thief over everything given the amount spent.Order online or in another sephora.The most obliged to become a member so as not to pay for transport is very strong.
