I left my shoes to have one of the "taps" of my high heels repaired, I got them back with marks in the suede and leather that weren't there when I brought them. The shoemaker also told me that he would be able to follow the curve of my heel, which was also not fully respected. Very disappointed sincerely, I would probably go elsewhere for a thorough repair.

I ordered online and then picked up in store, it was super quick in terms of processing my order, I was greeted with a smile, good service and a nice little personalized note in my shoe box. Wow! I recommend
