Last Friday we had 2 leather armchairs delivered to us purchased from Gagnon Frères Chicoutimi we paid $100 for the delivery and assembly of the furniture, after 2h30 of trying to assemble one with 4 men we came to the conclusion that the assembly of the furniture was a failure due to a manufacturing defect, so they return with the chairs, today we come to get a refund and we are told that they will not refund us the $100 because the delivery was made, perfect we take action with civility and respect but my jaw wants to drop so much that it is tight, we leave the store we stop at Tanguay and we close a sale of $5000?♂️?p.s. We were ready to have it replaced but the problem was that it was out of stock...end of line

Extremely disappointed and tired of wasting my time with Gagnon Frères after-sales service. Freezer defective since purchase in August and irreparable and the model is no longer made and they refuse to reimburse me.

After 9 months of using my hob it has cracks on a ring, I go to the store and speak to the manager who tells me to call the service...the service tells me to call the manufacturer...I paid an extended warranty that gives absolutely nothing…never again GF

Received damaged furniture, they replaced the broken pieces with great service super quickly. but, he sends me damaged furniture to replace the damaged ones. I didn't call back, waste of time, super friendly employee but should validate the parts he received as replacements. I'm going back to order from costco. Their delivery packaging would withstand an assault tank. Sorry for me it's over.

Je viens de me faire livrer mon réfrigérateur. Ils l'ont laissé dehors, car si on veut qu'ils le rentrent dans la maison, on doit payer la livraison!!! Ils peuvent le rentrer dans le garage mais pas dans la maison (à 2 pieds plus loin qu'ils l'ont laissé). Tellement décourageant!!! Je suis seule avec un frigo dehors sur ma galerie, merci Gagnon frères!

I bought a dishwasher for $1400 which broke after 5 months. They sent a technician to my house 3 times and the last visit even the technician told me that the repair he was going to do was not going to solve the problem. I had to call the repair company myself to have the report sent to after-sales service after 2 and a half months with a broken dishwasher. It was me who had to take care of it, not Gagnon brother even if it's their job to take care of the process to honor the warranty. It finally took 3 months before the warranty was honored. No excuses, no compensation. Nothing! I didn't have a dishwasher for Christmas and I didn't make dinner for that reason. The after-sales service is beyond disgusting. I shop at Costco now. Done win brother. The new shareholders should be ashamed of their company and I make it my duty to tell this bad experience to everyone who talks to me about Gagnon brother haha!

Worst experience I've had. I bought a new refrigerator almost a year ago. It was broken, so they delivered a used one to me and left it outside my house saying it wouldn't fit through the door, which is false. The day planned to deliver the new one they never showed up. I haven't had any feedback since. I called back to find out when I would get the new one and was told the file was closed. So I paid for a new fridge and they tell me that I won't have it. Very nice service

I bought a mattress with a metal box spring and base.After 5 years, we had a problem with the mattress, I called the store to complain since the mattress is guaranteed for 10 years.I moved to Gatineau and when I called for the claim, they asked me to deliver it myself to Quebec.So I have to spend at least $900 on transportation to have a $1400 mattress changed.Please note, the company does not take care of the return if you do not live near their store.
